| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 ford windstar coil spring broke while backing slowly out of driveway. we heard a loud "snap" from the front right tire. upon inspection, we saw the coil spring had cracked in two pieces. ford windstars had a recall for 1997 and 1998 for this very problem. i believe this should be investigated. may be a recall needed here. *jb |
