| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While attempting to park my vehicle i began coming to a stop and was going to begin backing up, at this time, the abs kicked in and the truck lurched forward hitting a parked car. the brake pedal went all the way to the floor and there was no previous warning. if someone had been between my vehicle and the one hit, they could have been killed. the vehicle was towed from the lot to the dealer. was told to call customer service by the local dealership. the truck had 84000 miles and brakes had all been replaced 3 months earlier. i do not feel safe driving this truck now. *jb |
