| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving at about 60 mph on the freeway a car sped up on the left side of me while i was merging into the left lane, i swerved to the right but still had control of the car until all of a sudden the brake locked and the car shut off and started to spin out of control and almost flipped over. i did not stomp on the brake or turn the wheel very hard at all, the car seems very unbalanced when driving defensively which i believe could cause a car flip. thank god the oncoming traffic stopped. *jb |
