Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated there was a low metal to metal grinding noise heard while depressing the brake pedal. as the day went on, the sound became progressively louder and louder. the contact took the vehicle to a goodyear tire center where it was determined the rear brakes; both rear rotors and the right rear emergency brake shoe were completely worn out. all four brake shoes and rotors were replaced. the contact never used the emergency brake. the dealership has been alerted.
