Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My 2001 ford excursion with 82,000 miles, blew a spark plug out of the rear passenger side cylinder. the dealer states that the aluminum head failed and that there are no threads left in the hole. they also state that the only fix is to replace the head and it is not covered under my extended warranty that i purchased from ford. *nm
