Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving down the highway, my gmc envoy xl shuddered then stalled. the ses light and reduced power light came on causing an extreme safety hazard as we were on a highway (speed limit 65 mph). the dealer, regal automotive in lakeland stated that the computer that controls the drive train lost contact with the vehicle. they informed us that this is a common problem with the envoy and that they have a service bulletin for a program update. however, no recall have been issued. *jb |
