| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated that the shield assembly of the convertible child safety seat fractured as the child was being taken out of the seat. the red button was pressed to undo the seat belt from the seatbelt buckle and the shield assembly fractured and fell apart from the left side of the child safety seat. the child seat was secured using the middle seatbelt in the rear of the vehicle. the child safety seat manufacturer has been contacted. the correct model # of the child safety seat is: 22-130-wal |
