| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: During normal use of the car, the rear-window defroster stops working. the defroster stops working because a power wire comes disconnected as the tab attached to the glass detaches. the car is a convertible with limited vision to the rear, when the defroster doesn't work the driver's vision is limited even further. this makes driving dangerous. the tab was re-attached at the dealer. *jb |
