Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dodge refuses to fix a problem for which there is a service bulletin #2101605 i have been three times to get something done. the dealer says i am not covered by the bulletin, but that i do have the problem. the dealer called dodge and they will not approve the repair. they say it is okay to have a 4 to 10 second delay in the transmission being operable when shifted into gear. the engines revs up and the truck rolls, until it finally catches into gear. i have 24,000 miles on my 2005 ram 2500. i told them (on the third visit july 18) that i became aware of the issue being known about after some one told me it was a common problem. dodge said they were unaware of it up until i provided proof otherwise. i need my vehicle fixed. my problem is getting worse. what good is my warranty when they will not fix a significant defect? *nm |
