| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated while coming to a stop in a parking lot the engine revved the vehicle lunged forward. when the vehicle lunched forward it rolled over the concrete slab used at the end of parking spaces and crashed into a tree. the vehicle was towed to dealer. the front bumper and the driver side mirrors were replaced and the dents in the vehicle were fixed however the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the vehicle lurching forward. a police report was filed on the scene. |
