| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated that they received a recall letter pertaining to the cam shaft position sensor and took the vehicle in to be serviced by the dealer. the dealers determined that the vin number of vehicle did not match vehicle and they checked it out and stated that there was no service needed. as the vehicle was pulling out of the lot the contact noticed that as the vehicle was accelerating it would merge or lean to the right. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanics who stated that the dealers might have tampered with the vehicle. the dealers have not been called back due to the fact the contact feels as if the dealers tampered with the vehicle in order to charge for repairs. **model= nubira* |
