Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: A/c does not cool properly. i have been to the dealer twice for this problem. first time vehicle was still under warranty. there is a tsb out on this problem and dealer insisted that a/c was cooling properly. now that the vehicle is out of warranty, it still has the same a/c problem. the vehicle now needs a $175 a/c service, tsb still not performed. my vehicle met all the criteria to have this performed before my warranty ran out, and still does. *jb
