| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am writing due to concerns i have about my graco comfort sport car seat. i have my son front facing with the straps in the highest slot. the problem i am having is the left strap will not get tight enough even after i've re-adjusted the straps and guide them in while i am tightening straps up. i've consulted the owners manual and re-adjusted the seat many times and i still have the same issue. i've even had other people read the manual and adjust it with the same result. as a result i cannot get the harness on the car seat secure. i also posted this issue on several on-lin baby boards and was astounded to hear that more than 20 people have also had/have this same problem. as a result i have asked them to file complaints with nhtsa and graco. even if it isn't a "defect" in the seat it allows too much of a margin of user error in my humble opinion i contacted graco here and was pretty much instructed to either replace the harness or stop using the product.*jb |
