| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am writing due to concerns i have about my graco comfort sport car seat. i have my son front facing with the straps in the highest slot. the problem i am having is the left strap will not get tight enough even after i've re-adjusted the straps and guide them in while i am tightening straps up. i've consulted the owners manual and re-adjusted the seat many times and i still have the same issue. i've even had other people read the manual and adjust it with the same result. as a result i cannot get the harness on the car seat secure. *jb |
