| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Buick lucerne cx-l, 4 door sedan, vin[xxx] the safety issue is that the buick lucerne's driver's sideview mirror cannot be adjusted for me to see cars in the driver's blind spot. also cannot adjust the buick lucerne's driver's sideview mirror to give a safe view when entering an interstate highway. i have tried adjusting the driver's seat to different positions, other then my preferred position, and cannot obtain a safe side view. the car has been taken to two different buick service departments and was informed that it is working as designed and that there have been no service bulletins addressing this concern. *nm updated 07/12/2012 *js information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6) |
