| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while inspecting a vehicle for purchase at a dealership, the contact's child who was sitting in the second row seat pressed the auto folding seat control which knocked the child backwards trapping the child between the two rows of seats. the contact freed the child by manually pulling the second row seat upwards. both the dealer and manufacturer were alerted. the consumer stated the child was injured. updated 09/22/06 |
