| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the vehicle's sunroof shattered while driving 55 mph on normal road conditions. a loud bang noise was heard prior to the incident. the contact suffered bruises and cuts and pulled off to the shoulder. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who notified the contact of an internal memo from the manufacturer which entailed a sun roof defect. the manufacturer was contacted to confirm that recall #05v483000 regarding visibility: sun roof assembly pertained to the affected vehicle. the vehicle was not included in the recall due to the vin. pictures of the vehicle were taken. |
