Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: When i was driving on the highway going to work in the am, the car started sputtering and i had to pull over to see what was wrong. it seemed to be ok after that. then later that evening, i was driving on a 70 mph freeway and the car suddenly and completely lost power this time and i had to make an emergency pull off to the side of the road, and i almost caused a major accident. i had the vehicle checked and it was determined to be engine failure and that i would have to replace the engine at a cost of about $3200. i have not had the repair done yet so the car is sitting in my driveway until i decide what to do. *nm
