| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I lease a new vehicle, trailer blazer on dec 31st 2005, from grand prize chevrolet on sw117 av and 152 st. at the end of june 2006 i had a blew up tire on i 75 going north, reaching tampa. it exploded on a side and because the way it looked i suspect it was defective tire. i call the seller at the dealer and explained to him. he told me to bring the tire to be inspected. my wife did it and they did not even look at it, they said it is not our problem. am i in any way, since it has only 6 month after leasing it, protected against a possible defective tire issue? *nm |
