| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The seats belts in my automobile do not retract. this causes a major safety problem due to the slack in the belt. if i were ever in an automobile accident, the seat belts wouldn't properly restrain myself or a passenger. i have talked with at least twenty owners of the same automobile, and they have the same problem with their vehicle. i urge the nhtsa to please launch an investigation into this matter. *nm |
