| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2006 chevrolet impala rear tires had a slow leak causing tires to go flat. *kb the vehicle was a rental. the day the vehicle was rented the consumer noticed instability in the rear end but assumed it was the way the vehicle was designed. each time the vehicle was driven the instability was noticed. a few days later the consumer noticed that the right rear tire was flat. upon further investigation it was determined that nails in the tire caused the slow leak. the rental agency lodged a claim against the consumer for the damaged tire. *nm |
