| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We purchased an evenflo triumph v carseat for our son just over 1 year ago. a few days ago when i placed my son in the seat, i tried to tighten the harness that keeps him restrained. however, the knob to tighten the harness would turn, but would not "click" to lock it into place. as a result, the harness was very loose and did not restrain my child at all. i called to tell evenflo about this defect and their response was to do nothing. they did not want to inspect the seat for the defect and they did not offer any sort of replacement for the seat. they seemed very unconcerned about what i feel was a very serious safety defect for a product i trust to keep my child safe. *nm |
