| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated there was a humming noise coming from the rear axle differential area. the sound began at 30 mph and continued up to 65 mph. there was a nhtsa recall, # 04v328000, regarding the suspension: rear. the vehicle was not included in the recall due to the vin. *ak updated 9/1/2006 - sears repalced the right rear wheel bearing but that did not fix the problem. the dealer diagnosed the problem as possible spider gear or carrier bearing failure. *nm |
