| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased an evenflo embrace car seat about 6 months ago at my local target store. since then the seat cover has ripped, i requested a replacement, that one ripped too. the canopy doesn't stay in place posing a possible dangerous situation. most importantly the handle has become very wobbly and is showing signs of stress in the plastic. after reading reviews on the target.com website, i have discovered that 99% of the reviews have the same complaint and even to the point of the handle breaking causing an infant to be dropped while being carried! something needs to be done before a child suffers serious injury or even death! *nm |
