| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have noticed my 2006 camry xle has not stopped as quickly as the 1995 v6 camry i previously owned. the instance this has been most dangerous is when i had 3 grandchildren in the back of my car and a passenger in the front. i applied brakes while going about 45 mph behind a flatbed truck. the brakes did not stop the quickly enough, and we almost ran into the back of the vehicle. also, if i try to stop quickly at a yellow light, the car cannot stop quickly enough. i end up either in the middle of the intersection or running a light to avoid being hit. the car only has 1250 miles. *jb |
