Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased this vehicle on 5/29/06 from victory nissan of richmond. one week later property was stolen when a sunroof was installed. at the end of june, brakes failed and passenger air bag light started going on intermittently. also, driver seat is crooked. dealer said they bled the brakes and clutch(?). this is an automatic. also, there was nothing wrong with the passenger air bag (then why does light keep coming on and staying on?) and there is nothing wrong with the seat. last night (8/15/06) my brakes failed again. vehicle was towed to dealer this morning. i advise the service manager that these were life safety issues and should fall under the lemon law. i was advised the lemon law wasn't their problem and i would have to contact nissan usa for assistance. is it still not their concern when the faulty product they sold fails and causes loss of life??? *nm |
