| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the trailer there was an outside safety light which was installed on the wrong side of the door; not providing the appropriate illumination for visibility. the contact has observed many other trailers constructed this way which caused a person to fall getting out of the trailer due to the lack of visibility. the vehicle was taken to the manufacturer but not the dealer. the manufacturer determined the trailer was manufactured this way and were unwilling to make any changes. the vehicle is not a drivable trailer, it attaches to a vehicle. updated 9/13/2006 - *nm |
