| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The "spiral cassette" on my 2000 land rover discovery has failed three times (about every 30,000 miles or two years). when this happens, the srs light comes on and i have been told that my airbag srs is not functional. i have had it replaced and not "tested" the air bag. it has now failed again. this seems to be a defective design or consistently defective manufacturing which leads to failure of a vital safety system. i would like you to investigate to determine the extent of this problem and whether or not a recall is necessary. i believe the part is "yrc100350 rotary cassette" *jb |
