Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My husband and i are complaining about the eddie bauer alpha omega elite deluxe 3 in 1 infant/child car seat. the belt leading to the buckle is too short and our 1 year old baby's legs keep getting caught when we attempt to buckle him in. we have tried adjusting the buckle and though we are extremely cautious each time we buckle him in, there have been four occasions where his skin on his upper thigh has gotten caught, causing him severe pain and leaving a temporary mark on his leg. it's really horrible and i think we are going to have to buy a different car seat. we unfortunately did not keep the receipt. i would also like to add that our son is a bit under average in weight for his height so i have no idea how parents are dealing with this car seat if their child is on the heavier side. *jb |
