| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a fairly new used car 2004 pontiac grandam from stark pontiac , sun praire wi on 12/2005, and the mileage was around 13,000-14,000 and now 28,000 and on 08/18/06 and i was almost in a car accident due to skidding off the road and i noticed i had a flat tire i took the tire to get repaired and was told it had bumps no nail that probably the bumps were the cause of the deflation, so i bought a new tire and then 2 days after i looked at my front tire and i could see the tearing in the tires . my husband reviewd the tires and he stated they had big bumps , i didn't take in for inspection since i don't want to have to pay agian. now i am afraid the tires will burst on me while driving to work . the tires are good year eagle 205/65/15 and i looked at my neighbors tires since he owns the same kind of vehicle and they also look very deflated i haven't got a chance to ask about the tires. i am not a tire professional but do know that something is not right , i am a bit dissapointed since goodyear was the one to replace my one flat tire on 08/18/06 and never mentioned the other wear on the tires.i guess what suprises me is that aren't tires supposed to have at least 30,000 to 40,000 miles before they need replacing due to normal wear and tear? please advise. do you have an other complaints regarding these tires? |
