| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a compressor for my 94 buick regal from koi on june 15 2006 the compressor locked up around july 1st so i returned it to the store. they exchanged it and that one was installed. on august 21 2006 i was taking my son to the drs and the compressor caught fire. now not only do i need a new compressor but i need a new serpentine belt and multiple new relay wires ran. koi will not exchange the last compressor. *nm |
