| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated on 7-31-06 while stopped and getting ready to turn, the vehicle suddenly stalled without warning. the check engine light did not illuminate in the vehicle. the vehicle was towed to a local mechanic who determined the engine needed to be replaced due to the timing chain going out. prior to this incident, the oil was changed. the contact maintained the vehicle's oil changes every 3,000-4,000 miles, yet the mechanic informed the contact the oil was very thick. the dealership has been informed. |
