| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2003 ford focus and the ignition fails intermittently causing the car not to start. the key will not turn. this is not safe i have a two year old child and in an emergency i may not be able to drive or we may get stranded. ford refuses to help. there is no recall to my knowledge at this time. this is a known problem and ford will not acknowledge the issue. *jb |
