Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On 8/25/06 we heard a loud pop under the hood and the jeep started to overheat and stopped the car until it cooled down, checked the water levels. called a mechanic to check it out and found that the blades from the fan were all gone and the radiator was dented and the fan shield was broken. i called the daimlerchrysler toll free number and was on hold 45 minutes each time i called, finally spoke to someone and was told we had to take it to a dealership to get a diagnosis in order to do an investigation. *nm |
