| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving on the toll way at 55-60 mph the vehicle started smoking. the engine suddenly stopped without warning. a puddle of oil was noticed on the pavement. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was determined there was a crack in the oil pan. after removing the oil pan the mechanic observed a rod had become detached and smashed the internal parts of the engine causing a crack in the oil pan. the engine needed to be replaced. |
