| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the air bag light illuminated as soon as the driver seat belt was buckled. then, while driving 25 mph, the vehicle collided with the side of a dump truck and neither frontal air bag deployed. however the left side impact airbags deployed. the vehicle was considered a total loss as a result of the crash and was towed to a salvage yard. the contact was wearing a seat belt at that time of the crash. a police report was filed. the manufacturer was also notified. updated 09/19/06. *jb |
