Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving on highway the seat back on my 2002 dodge caravan broke, dropping me back and almost causing loss of control. on examination i found the tubular steel on the left side snapped in half. this is not a warranty issue as chrysler deemed it but a safety and design issue. chrysler refused to repair the seat. i am 6'4" tall and 200 pounds, not an overly large person by any means. *nm |
