| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 chrysler pacifica - at 31185 miles the vehicle had a cracked rotor. the rear passenger side rotor is close to disintegrating, though the vehicle was maintained per factory schedule every 3000 miles at a 5 star chrysler dealership. this could have easily resulted in a total brake failure, risking the life of my family. chrysler does not provide any goodwill coverage for what is clearly a supplier issue. the rotor is cracked in several areas but it is far from being worn. *jb |
