Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: On 8/29/06 i had noticed the handle to the evenflo embrace car seat was starting to split apart. we would carry the car seat with two hands one hand holding underneath, until we got the stroller or used the store cart. i went online emailing the manufacture informing them of the problem and if there is a way to fix it. 2 weeks later at a clinic my wife was picking up the car seat when the handle split apart, and the car seat slipped out her hands and fell less then 12 inches towards the ground. child protective services was called. i went online to walmart.com to buy just the car seat.
