| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated there were 3 problems with the child safety seat. the first was the positioning clip slid down the straps causing too much shoulder room and allowed one shoulder to slip out of the harness. the second was with the shoulder harness strap which continuous looped allowing the strap to loosen on one shoulder and tighten on the other. the third problem was that the glue attaching the manufacturer emblem to the base of the shell was softened by the vehicles interior heat allowing the child to pull it loose, exposing a risk of swallowing or choking on the item. manufacturer: graco model: comfort sport model #: 8639 gry build date: 05/16/06.*ak |
