| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I can't open the door to exit the vehicle without using the outside latch. the handle is broken and the local dealer states he has to order the latch from the manufacturer. i think this is a safety problem due to having to lower the window for safe exit, or any exit. where do i go from here? *jb |
