Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Received a recall notice on my car a daewoo leganza 01, back in july, called the local service provider given, regal in lakeland, they told me quickly and rudely that these parts were not available, call back in a few weeks, called back aug 3, and spoke with mike, which again said the parts still are not in keep calling back and checking for parts, then i call today 9-20, to see if parts are in, the guy said that the parts had always been in so he wasn't sure why they would have said that, but then he proceeded to tell me that there computers were down and i could call back in a few hours and then they could make me an apt. i have called twice since then and no one answers the phone in service, weird, but having to deal with these rude people is so unkind to anyone who owns a daewoo, and has to trouble these horrible people for any kind of recalls. *nm
