| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My car was struck at a 45 degree angle on the passenger side door by a ford explorer traveling at approximately 60 mph. none of the airbags deployed and i was thrown around the vehicle as i was not restrained at the time (i had returned to the car to get information from the glove compartment). the car was declared a total loss as a result of the impact and i suffered injuries to my neck, arm, and leg. *nm |
