Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My evenflo triumph car seat is illegal. i noticed that there was a recall on the triumph car seat, and went to check my model number and year of manufacture i could not find it on the seat. i called evenflo, and their solution when i told them that there was no information on the seat was to repeatedly tell me (louder and slower every time) to recline the seat and look on the back between the seat and base for the white sticker with the model number and date of manufacture. obviously, the sticker either fell off, which is hard to believe since there are numerous stickers on the seat and all are still fine, or they never bothered to put the sticker on in the first place. as the other stickers are still firmly attached, and as the customer service women were so phenomenally rude to me, i suspect the former. sadly, the box is long gone. thank you for your attention to this matter. amy r. loch. *nm
