Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have bought a new motorcycle in 2002, which i seldom ride for recreational purposes, the current mileage is 3500 miles. while riding the bike all of a sudden the motor stopped and i was able to control the bike and pull away from the highway. after i towed the bike home, i have noticed that a spark plug had come out of the engine. i proceeded to the take the motorcycle to an authorized dealer to have it checked and also contacted the manufacturer the inform of the problem and my concern that the problem was related to a manufacturing defect. upon inspection of the motorcycle, i was told that since the warranty had expired the manufacturer was not responsible of the repairs and it was my responsibility to pay the repairs. *nm |
