Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: When three people are in back seat of truck, person nearest left rear door cannot connect seat belt into the seat belt holder. holder will not stay up---a person's left hand has to hold seat belt over the body, while the right hand tries to insert the clasp. a third hand is needed to keep the seat belt holder raised in order to do this.----only solution is to abandon the seat belt holder. *jb
