| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while traveling 62 mph, the trailer dipped on the rear passenger side. the vehicle was pulled over and the contact determined the main leaf spring was fractured. the trailer was towed to an independent repair shop, who replaced the spring. a year later the driver side had the same problem and that spring was replaced. then, the front axle springs fractured simultaneously. the vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop, and both springs were replaced. the problem occurred another time on the driver side rear leaf assembly, which was the only assembly repaired with a factory part. |
