| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving to work the axel on my toyota tundra broke and the entire right front end fell off and i had to steer out of traffic to pull over without causing an accident. apparently, this truck was recalled due to the defective front end suspension parts and i was not notified of this recall. i had the truck towed to the toyota dealer and called the hotline and now they want to drag their feet in getting this truck repaired. i almost lost my life and now i have to deal with a slow resolution to a problem caused by toyota. what can i do? *nm |
