| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: (1) i purchased a 1994 mitsubishi 3000gt in september of 2005. i don't know what lead up to the failure of the driver side seat belt, as it was not properly functioning when i bought the car. (2) when the seat belt is pulled on it does not retract, leaving enough slack in the belt that if an accident were to occur, it would not serve its purpose as a safety restraint. (3) i have done nothing currently to correct the failure. i don't know if the previous owners did anything to correct the failure. *jb |
