Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while starting the brand new vehicle, the warning light for the ignition went off and did not illuminate again, as well as all other warning lights. the vehicle was taken to the dealership who determined the whole cluster had to be replaced. the cluster was replaced with a used part. the dealership affirmed the manufacturer did not allow them to use new clusters for this repair. the manufacturer was contacted, and denied the existence of a service bulletin in regards to the cluster defect. |
